December 6th marked a milestone in carbon fibre innovation as Alberta Innovates and Emissions Reduction Alberta (ERA) unveiled the recipients of Phase III of the Carbon Fibre Grand Challenge (CFGC). 

With over $15.2 million allocated to five pioneering teams, including Thread Innovations Inc., led by Dr. Weixing Chen, the race to redefine carbon fibre production began.
